Varieties of Peppers
The main objectives of genetic improvement in pepper are based on work on varieties such as california, sweet Italian, lamuyo, mini peppers and spicy in their different colors: red, yellow and orange.
Regarding the resistances we work in our genetic improvement of pepper, it depends on the type but we develop mainly varieties with resistance to the following viruses: PMMV, TSWv, LVT and TMV.
The target markets to which we put effort on our research and development are: Spain, Morocco, Italy and Middle East.
